I can resonate with your struggles with ADHD - as I know too well myself exactly how you feel.
ADHD is unique to a persons own individual mind, body and brain. That is why I won't advise you how to manage your diversity. Instead, I will listen and learn with you: How YOU will learn and grow with ADHD.

My approach is to look at what issues confront you, from a holistic point of view. Often it will be a case of recognising what you are already doing to support yourself that works - and building from there. But if you do happen to feel more burnt out, then sometimes it might be necessary to 'reset' failed methods of approach. In essence, we are all at different points on our journey - so reflecting on this unique position is a very different process for each person I support.
How I Work and What our Sessions Look Like
I support persons via video call, from my private dedicated room. I've found this gives maximum flexibility and convenience for persons I support. Even persons who initially were seeking 'in person' support found that video call is just as effective. All I ask is that you have a private space yourself for our sessions.
