MORE ABOUT ME

As a coach / mentor, I specialise in ADHD and Autism - with a background of 20 years professional experience working with people of all ages with Autism/ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia and other neurodivergent conditions. In addition to my BSc(Hons) Health and social Care and Postgraduate Masters Certificate in Criminology & Psychology; I have completed comprehensive training in areas including ADHD, autism, coaching, CBT, NLP and am an accredited member of ACCPH (an international, independent professional body and register for counsellors, coaches, psychotherapists and hypnotherapists).

A diagnosis of ADHD in later adult life has unlocked and answered many nagging questions about myself. 

I am no different to many of the people I've coached and supported - having battled with low confidence, poor self-esteem; including imposter syndrome. But finding ways to overcome many of these issues has taught me the valuable lesson of challenging yourself. By supporting you to do the same, the same positive outcomes are just as possible for you. 

Keep moving, flowing and embracing what lies ahead. Obstacles appear that little bit smaller with the right mindset and support.
